Andrija Minčić, SPEC. (1986) graduated in the class of prof. Ante Grgin, then specialized at Department of Chamber Music, and is currently a doctoral student at Department of clarinet of the Faculty of Arts in Niš. During his studies, he played at the site of the first clarinet of the wind quartet Nais Art with which he performed more than 30 concerts (Niš, Belgrade, Knjaževac, Leskovac, Pirot, Vranje). He performed several times at the Festival of Chamber Music in Belgrade (The Hall of Students' Cultural Centre and the gallery Progress), The Gallery of Kolarac Foundation. As a member of the Students, Cultural Centre (SKC) Orchestra and the Orchestra of the Faculty of Arts, he performed as the first and a solo clarinetist. As a concert soloist, he has played at over 50 concerts in the country and abroad (Spain, Greece, Bulgaria, Switzerland, England, Holland, France, Turkey ...). His prominent solo concerts are at the Mokranjac Days in Negotin and Istanbul in 2013 and 2014.. During the period February-March in 2012 and December-January in 2013, he performed at the site of the first bass clarinet of the orchestra Sinfonietta Sofia, at the most prominent concert halls in Europe, such as the Concert Gebow's, Amsterdam, the Palau de la Musica, Grand Teatro de Liceu, L'Audotorio, Barcelona, L'Auditorio, Madrid, Victoria Hall, Geneva, Tonhalle, Zurich, St. Paul,s, Covent Garden, London, Grand Hall, York. Within Niš International Music Festival (NIMUS), he performed several times as a member of the quintet Niš soloists, the orchestra Imperio, the trio Varahilo. As a guest, he has performed at the concerts of Trio Anima and at the evening of the original music of prof. A. Grgin. He has upgraded his skills with the eminent pedagogues in the country and abroad, such as V. Klenkovski, Serbia, M. Bekavac, Slovenia, F. Band, Switzerland. He has performed under the conductor's baton of S. Kostić, M. Injac, V. Šouc, D. Savić, Z. Stanisavljević, A. Vujić, Serbia, F. Muratovski, Macedonia, Le Fi Fi, Vietnam, J. Ross, UK, S. Dinić, Switzerland, S. Simeonov, Bulgaria, K. N. Lane, USA. He was a holder of the scholarship by the city of Niš several times; he was the winner of the scholarship by the municipality of Mediana St. Petka, the highest award of the city of Niš 11th January as the best graduate student of the Faculty of Arts in Niš in 2009, the Silver badge of the University of Niš, as well as the Grand Prix of the Serbian Chamber of Crafts. In March 2013 he has began with his pedagogical activity as Professional Instructor at Department of Wind instruments of the Faculty of Arts in Niš, at the subjects Orchestral sections, Literature and Performing Arts Basics and Clarinet. During that year, he was actively participating in the premiere and other performances of the operetta "Die Fledermaus" as well as the 9th Symphony by L. van Beethoven. In April 2014 he realized cooperation with the duo ''Piano cello”, consisting of renowned women professors of Istanbul University Emine Serdaroglu and Dilbag Tokay, resulting in a premierely held concert in the hall Fylia Sanat in Istanbul. During December and January in 2015 he performed at the site of the first clarinet of Strauss Festival Orchestra at concerts in Spain and Portugal playing in Malaga, Seville, Madrid, Porto, Lisboa. In November 2015, he continued successful cooperation with the members of the duo “Piano cello” with concerts in the Istanbul Opera Hall Sureya Sanat and Enka Music Hall.
