HRISTINA VUKOVIĆ, MA (1967) finished her bachelorand post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade. She has upgraded her skills with eminent renowned pedagogues (A. Valdma, S. Gadžijev, N. Starkman). After her studies, she worked as a pedagogue, first at Primary and Secondary Schools in Niš, then at Music College. She has worked at the Faculty of Arts for last ten years. Currently, she is in title of the Associate Professor at Department of Piano – the main subject. She has actively been playing at different chamber ensembles. She has cooperated with the musicians of different profiles and has been the artistic accompanist of wind and strings musicians, as well as solo-singers. Her career is rich in performances, dozens of competitions and solo concerts. In recent years, she has performed with a violinist mr Vesna Rilak, holding together numerous concerts in the country and abroad. She worked in Florence from 2000 – 2001, during whichperiod she had several concerts in Italy (Florence) and Germany (Ulm, Munich). As a chamber musician, she has had concerts in many Serbian cities (Kruševac, Pirot, Vranje, Vrnjci Spa, Zaječar, Niš - Niš International Music Festival (NIMUS), Kragujevac – October Music Festival (OKTOH), Belgrade - Gallery of Serbian Academy of Science and Art (SANU), as well as abroad – in Macedonia, Greece, Austria (Kaisersaal – Vienna), the Republic of Srpska (Banski Court – Banja Luka), Hungary (Ecole Française Gustave Eiffel - Budapest). She has also been a jury member at the international competition of the young pianists in Niš.
