LJILJANA PETROVIĆ

Ljiljana-PetrovicLJILJANA PETROVIĆ (1964), graduated at a two-subject group: French Language and Literature and Italian Language at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Belgrade. In 2015, she defended her PhD thesis in the field of comparative literature (Italian and French) at the Faculty of Philology and Arts in Kragujevac (FILUM), acquiring the academic title of doctor of philological sciences. She worked in the gymnasium Svetozar Marković in Niš, in the French Institute, at the Music College in Niš, and since 2002 at the Faculty of Arts in Niš. She has been engaged as the interpreter for the simultaneous and consecutive translations by the French Cultural Centre and at international conferences. Since 2007, she has been appointed a court interpreter in Italian and French by the Ministry of Justice at the Regional Court in Niš. She has been a scholarship recipient by the Italian government at the University for Foreigners of Perugia and a recipient of grants by the French government at the Institute of French Studies in Touraine and at the International Centre for Educational Research in Nantes. Since 2009, she has been at the Faculty of Arts in Niš, in title of Language instructor of Italian language.She is the author of several scientific papers and has participated in scientific forums in the country and abroad.
