ANA AĆIMOVIĆ, MA (1973) finished her studies in Piano at the Faculty of Arts in Priština, in the class of prof. Dragoslav Aćimović. She finished her MA studies in Piano accompaniment at the Faculty of Music Art in Skopje, in the class of prof. Todor Svetiev. During her education and even later, as a pedagogue, she has won several national and federal prizes at the competitions in former Yugoslavia. She has upgraded her skills at the masterclasses of prof. Arbo Valdme (Estonia), prof. Naum Starkman (Russia) and prof. Dušan Trbojević (Serbia). As an Artistic Associate, she has worked with KPGT Chamber Orchestra in Niš and had several remarkable concert performances in several cities in Yugoslavia and Bulgaria. She has cooperated with the renowned soloists: Radmila Bakočević- a soprano, Tripo Simonuti- violin, Ivana Aćimoski-Žikić-violin, Violeta Pančetović-Radaković- a soprano, Anđela Bratić- flute. During 2008, within the National concert season, she had a series of significant concerts with Violeta Pančetović-Radaković- a soprano. She has performed at the prestigious festivals: Niš International Music Festival (NIMUS) in Niš, October Music Festival (OKTOH) in Kragujevac, The City Theatre in Budva (Montenegro), The Skopje summer in Skopje (Macedonia), the International Choral Festival (IHS) in Niš. She has recorded for the purposes of Radio Television Serbia. She has worked as a Senior Artistic Associate at Department of Solo-singing at the Faculty of Arts in Niš.
