KATARINA SIMONOVIĆ IVANKOVIĆ, MA (1980) graduated at the Music Academy in the East Sarajevo in 2003, and obtained her MA degree in the class of prof. Radmila Bakočević in 2006. She has upgraded her skills with the eminent pedagogues of solo-singing: A. Ivanović, B. Cvejić and O. Miljaković. She has realized more than twenty solo concerts-recitals, among which is prominent the solo concert at the Gallery of Ilija Kolarac Foundation in Belgrade, in 2010. In 2005, she performed in the opera At dawning of St. Binički, in the role of Stanka, in the comic opera A Telephone of G. C. Menotti, in the role of Lucy, in Belgrade and Niš, as well as in Operetta "Die Fledermaus" by J. Strauss, with the role of Adele in the National theatre in Niš, within Concert season 2013/2014. She performed the same role (Adela) in 2014. on the big stage of the National theatre in Belgrade. As a soloist, she has performed with the choirs from Sarajevo and Niš, in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Sweden, Italy, America, Canada and Russia. She has successfully cooperated with the choir and the orchestra of the Faculty of Arts, Niš Symphony Orchestra and the orchestra Constantinus. From 2006, she has worked as the Assisstant at Department of Solo-singing and currently as an Assistant professor.
