III National scientific conference with international participation – Balkan Art Forum Niš 2015 was held on 9th and 10th October 2015 at the Faculty of Arts in Niš. The opening ceremony was held in the Great Hall of the University of Niš on 9th October 2014. The theme of III scientific forum BARTF 2015 was: ART AND CULTURE TODAY: CRISIS IN ART - ART IN CRISIS. Within the artistic program of this year's Forum, the following composers have presented their creativity opus - Gregory Mertl (New Milford, USA) and Dragan Tomić (Niš, Serbia). Presentations were held on Friday, 9th October 2015, starting at 8 pm at Concert Showroom of the Faculty of Arts in Niš.
